Ellyptical + treadmill - 56:34
I did a 15 minute (2 mile) warmup on the ellyptical to move around some different muscles, then a 5.5 mile progression run on the 'mill. Miles of 7:35, 7:08, 6:31, 6:22, 6:11 and 3:00 (half mile) followed by a half mile cooldown. Not too taxing, but a decent strength workout. |
