Pretty good pace around the subdivision, down the road and back up the well road. At 10 a.m.
Made myself an ultimatum: If I am going to sign up for some summer and fall races, I need to start running more. If I can do 40, 45, 50 & 55 miles during the next 4 weeks, that will give me reason to believe I could train 18 weeks after that for the Portland Marathon. If not, I can be a recreational 20-30 miles a week guy too. No problem. |
