Treadmill - 23:45
Easy jog on the treadmill at home.
Weight: 181 lbs. I weighed 171 less than 3 months ago before the marathon. I really can pack on the weight with bad eating habits and lack of running.
Weekly plan for the next 2 months: 1- longer run (60 minutes, then add 5 minutes per week); 1- easy run with 8 x 100m strides at the end; 1- 7 mile progression run; 1 - fartlek workout; 3 easy to moderate runs.
Following this should hopefully get me back in shape and it's not overly ambitious so I could realistically do it.
