Personal:

400m/800m competitively in track in high school.  Took 15 years off. Started running again in 2010.  Married to my beautiful wife, Tiffany, with 2 little boys, now 4 and 6.  I'm a civil engineer working for the Indiana DOT in Seymour, IN.   I live in a slightly larger town about 20 miles north - Columbus, IN.  Originally from Lexington, KY.

7am start for the long long run this morning: headed out and went and visited the new house (we think we have it in the bag) in Tipton Lakes.  Keeping my eyes on the rabbit holes in the yard... (we have an inspector lined up for next weekend).  out and down Goeller to Pppl trail down SR 46, and on out the people trial.  Turned around after an emerg. no. 2 stop in the secluded trees of the little trail with a trail had at Marr (SShhhh!)  Exactly 13 miles at turn around.  Ran past Jane going out and back.  she was strugglinga  bit on the way back.  Lots of people out on trail runnig and biking this morning. 

around 16 miles on people trail by Hawcreek brdige bumped in to some buddies from running and a workmate.  Pretty sweet to run with them for a while on a little lollipop.  filled up handheld twice at Subway, which totally saved me.  I would have been in trouble without those fill ups.  Carried on after seperating from the crew of 3 guys, and finished up a little cooked at 28.7 miles.  Whew!  Laid down fora nap afterward, and crushed a bunch of water and elctrolytes.  Weighed in after shower, and tipped scales at my lowest recorded weight!  - 143.0  28.7 miles - 3:54.
