Today's PM workout went well on TM at gym - 3x3mi. 90-95% MP with moderate 0.5mi. recoveries. Felt comfortable after 1mi. WU at 9mph(6:40s) for the first 3mi. rep. and 7.8mph for 0.5mi. rec. and then repeated same paces. Felt pretty even effort through the all. (The first one actually felt the hardest...)
