Legs are very sore (Hamstrings & glutes)
AM: 15 min. spin on bike trainer at gym WU,
Getting serious about some strength training:
(Pull ups (assisted)x6) x3,
Shoulders: 3x15-20 lbs for each of (8xfront raise, 8xbutterfly raise, 10xoverhead)
Weighted Lunges: 3x8 (25lb dumbells overhead at top of forward lunges)
Legs are very sore (Hamstrings & glutes)
