AM before work: no breakfast andfeeling like trash this morning. Started to jog on TM and pulled the plug. stretching and loosening up and then on to elliptical for 10 minutes. about 15 min. more of stretching. Another easy week with light workout today or tomorrow in preperation for Chicago on Sunday.

Got the legs moving and heart rate up in the 80 deg. heat. Looks like another warm day on Sunday... :(
