Personal:

400m/800m competitively in track in high school.  Took 15 years off. Started running again in 2010.  Married to my beautiful wife, Tiffany, with 2 little boys, now 4 and 6.  I'm a civil engineer working for the Indiana DOT in Seymour, IN.   I live in a slightly larger town about 20 miles north - Columbus, IN.  Originally from Lexington, KY.

AM before work: 5.23 miles easy around wildflower and our neighborhood - 45 minutes.  Great weather this morning.  foggy, but, summer-time cool

Lunch Run to Tipton adn around a loop of choice, and back.  Hit a couple of low spots in enrgy level taht I had to really fight through.  9 miles - 1:17

Short muddy hike with the family at Grandview - didn't go well...  Back home - Teaching the kid to ride the bike - he's getting it, and its tough to keep up with him jogging beside him, now.  

Evening run around the neigborhood - 5.21 miles - 47:39
