PM: TM at gym - WU, 4mi. MP - 25:48 (9.3mph @ 1% incline). So many people in the gym tonight, that my shirt became soaked and saturated within about the first 15 minutes. After completing the 4MP, I went to the bathroom to wring out my shirt, got a drink of water and continued with rest of planned sauna running fun - 3x1mi. 104%MP w/ 0.25mi. jog rec. - 6:18, 6:18, 6:15. CD up to 5 mi. for second portion of workout.
