Personal:

400m/800m competitively in track in high school.  Took 15 years off. Started running again in 2010.  Married to my beautiful wife, Tiffany, with 2 little boys, now 4 and 6.  I'm a civil engineer working for the Indiana DOT in Seymour, IN.   I live in a slightly larger town about 20 miles north - Columbus, IN.  Originally from Lexington, KY.

AM: easy 30 minutes around the neighborhood - 3.36 miles.  Very slow and easy.  Weather has gotten decent around here - about 50 degrees today.

PM: easy 2mi. w/ dog, dropped him off, and then 7.75 mi. more - still very slow - about 9 minute pace.  (9.75 miles total - 1:28:39) Legs are pretty beat up still. 

About 50 degrees, similar to this morning.
