Meet and ran down around Oakmont park. Warmed up for 2 miles and then did 1 mile of 1 min on/off; 1 mile 2 min on/1 min off and then 3 mile of 3 min on/1 min off and then back down for the final mile of the work out and then cooled down for a half mile.
