I'll be doing my 22 miler tomorrow too. My longest ever also! It's fun we are doing it the same day....too bad it's not the same place! Good luck, I'll be thinking about you!

Alright! Drink lots today and you'll feel a bit better. You should try experimenting with gu's also if you use them. Good luck

Good luck tomorrow on your long run! You will do great. I got thinking last night and I thought this would make you feel better...3 years ago I ran Hobblecreek in 1:39:59 and ran SG 3:38 but I stopped for about 5 min because my friend cheri had 2 broken ribs and didnt know and couldnt breath so I had to find someone to help her. So you should totally be able to hit your goal of 3:35! You are going to rock!

Jody-I was just looking at your accomplishments and didn't realize that you hadn't run a marathon yet. How awesome it'll be for you to BQ on your 1st. Great job today. You've been so good and consistant.

Good luck tomorrow. I'm sure you'll do great. I'll be running my 20 miler on Wasatch Blvd. I'll be thinking about you guys. Have fun.
