Ran the first 2.46 with Paula and Jolynn  at a 10:17 pace.  Jolynn is doing a great job and she and Paula are going to run Race for a Cure in a couple of weeks.

Ran the next 4.15 with Paula and we did the big block.  It is amazing how much better I felt being completely warmed up rather than warming up as we were going up the hill.  I pushed up the hill  really hard today and then tried to keep a good pace the rest of the time.  Our ave pace for the second part of our run was 8:50.  Considering 1/4 of this route is up hill, I feel really good about this pace.

I am staying home from work today to spend some time with my family before I head to India.  I am hoping we can work in the yard today and get caught up around the house  -  Such big plans and such little time.

Ave Pace: 9:15

Happy Running!

Great run today. You kicked my butt. Just remember the blessings are far greater if you were to do my yard instead!!

Awesome run today! What a pace, esp. with the big hill! Do you leave for India this week? (For my BD Jim got me all of season 2 & 3 of The Office!)

We are leaning towards Rockie for the puppies name but who knows. I have thought of lots of names this morning as she has left wet spots all over the floor. Enjoy your day off!

Christi -

Enjoy the DVD's Season 2 is my favorite. I leave for India on May 9. The end of the month and first part of the next month are always crazy, so today was my last "not feel completely guilty" chance to have a day off before I leave.

Last night I watched Casino Night- I'm a sucker for the Jim/ Pam romance! Good for you taking the day off- family first!
