Ran 7 today with Paula.  My leg was feeling so much better after being scrapped by Josse.  I felt really good today until the last mile and it was a very long mile.   We took a fairly easy route but ended up into the wind for about half of it.  I am so glad to have two good weeks back to back as I continue on the mend.

Nice Sat. run, good pace! So I guess this scrapping really works? Sounds painful to me, but I know Lybi swears by it too. Getting ready for your big trip? I hope you take some pics to put on your blog!

Thanks for getting out with me today. You did great. I think you are back to top form or darned close.

Great week of running! I hear you on the wind. On my bike ride today I swear every time we turned the wind turned with us, so it was constantly in our faces!
