New Concept: Stop running before more pain sets in. I had decided that it would probably be a good idea to stop running while I was still feeling good instead of running until I was in pain. So for the next little while I am limiting my miles. Three it is. The first mile is all warm up and trying to feel good. The last 2 felt pretty good. I was wearing a patella band and it did not eliminate the twinges but my form was much better, very little limping. So a windy, slow, low mileage day for me. Ave Pace: 9:53 Happy Running! |
