Met Jenny for easy miles. I ended up being sore from Tuesday night so the first couple of miles were slow, slow and slow. We ended up with 4 total with an avg pace of 9:37. Adding on for 4 more miles around the big block and as usual I took what should have been an 8:30 - 8:45 paced run and picked up more than I should have with a moderate mile, 2 fast miles and a cooled down mile... that cool down mile always kills me with the last half being up hill and today, in the the wind. Avg pace 8:18
