I slept in a whole 1/2 hr this morning, but then laid there for another hour. It is amazing what a difference that makes. I went and ran 3 miles today. I had no intention of pushing other than I was going to do two 1/4 mile pick ups while I was on the flat part. The mile and 1/2 home were just fast because it had some down hill. Overall I felt great today and a little more optimistic about Saturday. I finally went and got my marathon shorts last night, I procrastinated wwwaaaayyy to long! They are SHORT! YIKES!
