Four with Paula today.  My leg felt about the same as yesterday, definitely not 100%, but not painful.  I am continuing with the taking it easy and will so for the next few weeks.

I am looking forward to Conference weekend.  It is always so relaxing and nice to just sit on the couch and listen.

Happy Running!

Oh, I am so glad you are able to run! May your continued recovery be speedy! Happy conference (I wish it were 4 times a year--let's start a petition (JK)).

Hi Jody,

the best calendar of running events is on Runner's World UK site: www.runnersworld.co.uk Click on Events and filter for May. There are several 5 and 10Ks on May 10-11, but some of them are a bit out of town. If you'll have a car, not a problem, but if not, you'll have to stick to races in London. I saw one 5K in Regents Park for Children's Hospice - about as central as it gets. Take a look at the calendar and let me know if you have any questions. Good luck, and I hope you have a great time in London!!

Going to London=Fabulous!

Not painful=Yipee!
