Another glorious day of sleeping in, next week is going to be rough.  Paula, Renee and I met for a slow snow run this morning at 8:00 - Love it!  We had a great time in the snow and just enjoying the run, not worrying about pace and times.   I dropped them off just before mile 7 and then added on two more on my own.

You were brave to run outside today. Sounds like it was a good run. The best runs are where you don't worry about pace and time.

What a crazy day for a run! I put in a few miles but the snow was a bit much. You are a dedicated runner to stick it out for 9. Hopefully the weather will cooperate and I'll see you next week.
