It is cold and windy this morning!! We head out and had 3.5 miles into the wind and up hill, we then turned around and had a really easy rest of the way home.

I got my Nike+ipod calibrated and it worked great!! It is pretty close to 100%. If any thing it is a little short. We aver. 9:07 pace. Not to bad!

Nice smok'in fast pace, you were cruising!!! Fun to have a new running gadget to look at when your done. Have you gone on line and graphed your runs?

I haven't yet. I wanted to this morning but I had to go to work. Hopefully tonight I will get a chance.
