An easy 3 with Paula.  My leg was a little achy the entire way and I realized that I did not stretch enough after yesterday or roll out my legs with "the stick" because I was running late.  Extra stretching and rolling today plus a little IB and I should be okay.  Wish my husband was in town to work on my calf but I will have to wait until Sunday.

Take care of the leg this weekend! Did you ever figure out exactly what the problem was? (Did you watch The Office last night? hee hee. I struggle 'cause I don't have Tivo and don't really want my kids watching it- since they're still up at that time I have to try to "sneak" watch it)

It seems you and your husband aren't home much at the same time. I don't know how you do it with both of you traveling for work! That must be more of your super powers that I don't have!

Your making a good comeback! You guys are the traveling ones this year. Hope you have a great weekend and run tomorrow!

Great run this morning. Don't worry about your mileage. You'll be back up there in no time. Have a nice weekend.

Christi - I think it is just some knots in the muscles that are pulling. We have been working on them but no luck. I did watch the Office - not one of my favorites , but I am so glad it is back.

Kim - We are both extremely busy Jan - May. We do annual presentations at my work during this time in addition to the norm, and then we are going to India. My husband travels with the Utah State Men's basketball team and then is a baseball umpire for the Mountain West Conference and SWAC Conference, so he has several trips and games through May. We just make sure one of us is always home and then when we have family time, it is FAMILY TIME.
