6 absolutely great miles in Omaha. I ran into Iowa twice - kind of fun to run in two states during a run. I explored a park that went along the river, across a great bridge and by the College World Series ballpark. I had planned on super easy effort and the effort felt super easy, but I was shocked by my pace - 8:33 for the entire run. The 20 degree temp difference probably helped out a little. |
