Met Peggy, Mike and Julie for the "extra mileage" part of our work out and then the rest of the group came at 5:45.  We had a good pace run and lots of fun talking about our Boston plans.  Cheryl suggested we do some hill repeats and I was so not in the mood but SO glad she had suggested them when they were done.    I did not time the repeats and I know that I slowed done by the third but they were a good workout.    I forgot to start my watch again after the "extra mileage" so I do not have an ave pace, but I would think somewhere around 8:30 - 8:45

Happy Running!

You were awesome today. I am so envious of you consistancy. You rock!

I hate to say it, but according to Mike's Garmin, our average pace was only 9:00. I'm sure the hills didn't help, and we did kind of stop a couple of times to wait for people. Once we get rid of all these heavy sweatshirts and jackets, I'm sure we'll be much faster!

That is a bummer............But still a great run and if Mike's said 9:00 than I was probably slower.

I'm glad you're glad now we did the hill repeats. Just wait until we do like 10 of them, today will seem like a piece of cake!
