Avoided the wind this morning and went to the oval with Paula and Renee.  Nice to be inside but I hate running on a track for that long, not quite as bad as a treadmill though.  It always makes me want to be tougher and head out in the wind that I hate.

Happy Running!

Way to go Jody. I really don't mind the treadmill too much. The ones at my gym are soooo nice that it is comfortable. Mine at home is wobbly and makes it hard to run very long on it. We'll see how the weather is tomorrow. It has snowed a ton at my house so I may be at the gym again tomorrow.

I think running in circles is better than the treadmill, but only for so long! Plus, the "weather" inside the oval is perfect, huh?

Great job today! Have a good week.

I do agree with running in circles but I definately feel it in my left foot after a while so running in circles only works for so long before I'm in trouble. I assume that is why we only do track work every once in a while.
