I had planned on meeting Jenny at the Y so we could run together but each at our own pace.  She wasn't feeling well, so I went outside and it was great!  Best run I have had for a very long time.  I had decided to run by feel and did for the most part and turned it into a progressive tempo.  I stopped at the church (2.5) and Y (6) for water had a very good time.  The last .5 of the tempo was very hard and forced because I could not relax, but the rest of the run was very relaxed and free.

Avg Pace 8:11

Splits: 8:46, 8:41, 8:22, 8:14, 7:59, 7:49, 7:49, 8:10, 7:57, 8:08, 8:15
