Great BBK run today.  I heard the wind blowing and I did not want to head out in it this morning.  Then I could not decide how warm to dress,  finally after a few changes and a couple of things to bring "just in case" I was on my way.    We met at Riverton High today and ran around the neighborhoods there.  It ended up being a progressive run with 2 fast miles and one at 8:11.  Felt great!

Nice runnin' Jody! I was up half the night and didn't want to get out of bed. Now I have to figure out how to get something in for the day:(

Oh---you added the two FAST miles. I did not see them before, I think they were not there.

GOOD JOB! You guys were speedy. That explains why you progressively got further and further ahead!

Way to brave the cold and get an awesome run in!
