Ran with Paula today.  We started to pick up the pace towards the end but my seriously slow first mile kills me every time!  It was nice to get out and so strange to be done so early!

Happy Running!

Oh!  I just discovered the best thing about getting done early - I get to be the first one in the shower.  I got to leave all the squeegeeing and wiping down to my husband, YES!  ( now that he realizes he has to do it, I do not think it will happen again )

Thanks for the run. It was definitely a slow start but I enjoyed it and hopefully by the time you get back from ST George I will be able to keep up with you with no injuries!

I had to laugh about the getting done early. It is amazing how much extra time and energy these little runs leave us with! Hope we're saving it up for Saturday (I'm hoping!). But Monday's are always icky, even if you're only doing a few miles. Maybe we'll get to say hi on friday at the FRB gathering! Have a great week and good luck!

Ah, the shower! I am finding that, becasue I get in the shower so late each day (I have to wait until all of the kids are off and gone), I forget where I am and just stand there FOREVER!!! I would love to get back to showering before they get up.

Great run, AGAIN, Jody! I am so excited to see how you finish! And to think that it is your first marathon!
