First official workout in a very, very long time. The plan for today was 3 hill repeats of approx .25 long. I warmed up for two miles and then hit the repeats at: 1:48, 2:00, 1:50. The first one was a little lower on the hill and the grade wasn't steep enough so I moved up for the other two, but a little dissapointed over the second. I then recovered for 1.5 and then did 2 MP pace miles, not really part of the plan but decided to see what I could get done. They did not feel great but got to practice relaxing and reminding my self to work with it instead of against and it work well - 8:02 & 7:48. Avg Pace 8:37
