Was supposed to run an easy three with Paula this morning but I was a mess.  My legs were really tight to begin so I stretched them as we started.  My left calf cramped for 2.5 miles and I kept stopping to stretch it out and then my stomach started to have issues and it was a good thing I was close to home.  Enough of my whining!
