Ran with Paula and went and ran the new Westfest route.  The new route is flat and will be very hot on race day because there is no shade.   My legs were really dragging and tired again and I am feeling the effects of not enough sleep the past few weeks.  I have increase my water intake substantially but am still feeling dehydrated in the morning.  Still need to drink more.

I always feel dehydrated in the morning too. It looks like you need to "sleep, drink and be merry". (I think you have the "be merry part down! You are sure fun to be around!) Good luck and good job once again!

I usually drink a about 8 oz of propel before my run then 8 oz as soon I get back. Super job on getting out today!

I actually ran down the little league hill then hit the trail that takes you back up. That hill is a good hill for training.

Thanks for the run. I was really dragging today also. Looking forward to a easy run tomorrow.
