Ran with Paula today. The first 2.25 miles were up hill and then we have a small flat section and then come back down.  I felt really good again which is giving me hope.   I have noticed though that it takes me quite a while to warm up and my first mile is always extremely slow.  Today it was around 11 min.

I have to complain for just a minute about the weather.  I am very glad that there was no wind today, but it is April 21 and I am still dressing for winter!!  Where is spring?  I am becoming really frustrated with the lack of spring!

Ah- pace under 9 today- kudos! Yeah, the never ending winter really stinks for you guys. I'll try to remember that when I'm walking around in a t-shirt today... (hee hee)
