Back in Montana for work until Wednesday night.  The weather here cannot make up its mind - snow, sun clouds, lots of snow, sun, flurries.  Ran 4 on the hotel treadmill:

Mile 1 - 9:22

Mile 2 - 9:05 1% incline

Mile 3 - 8:46 1% incline

Mile 4 - 9:12

Very technical report from me.  Not the norm.  Leg felt pretty good after the first mile.

Happy Running!

Wow, stellar for a hotel treadmill. actually, just plain stellar for any kind of run! Awesome job getting it in despite being away from home and working. What dedication. (as usual)

Way to go! Even when traveling! Glad the leg felt pretty good! Hopefully the weather for you will make up it's mind to be nice and sunny! Hope you get to go home soon!

Great job! Hotel treadmill running is different than at home. Even I have a hard time running on hotel treadmills. Mostly because there is nothing good on tv to watch. Although if I have my ipod I can sing along to the songs if they are fast.

Are they good treadmills? Most hotel treadmills I have been on have been crappy. The Little America in Salt Lake is my favorite. They have an awesome workout center.

This past December we were staying at the Hilton in Vegas. They didn't have a workout room so I ran up and down about 22 flights of stairs about 5 times to get in a workout. I was so sore the next day. Great butt workout though.

Hey- Way to go hitting the treadmill while on work trip!

From Jody on Wed, Apr 09, 2008 at 08:51:11

Linda - I am at a Hilton in Bozeman, as I learned today they have crappy hours. The treadmill wasn't great and it was insanely hot in the teeny fitness cntr. I have definitely learned to bring both indoor and outdoor clothes. I should have thought of the stairs.....Not that smart:)

Cool- that Run 4 Kids was your first run! I did it last year for the 1st time. I think it supports a great cause and its a nice time of year for a little 5k, not crazy about the course though. Kim just let me know that she'll be there, so it will be fun to meet her! Wish you could come too!
