I was so worried about running today because my hip bothered me all day yesterday. We were back outside again and my hip was fine. This confirms that it was due to running on the treadmill. I must change my mechanics or form. This is the bright spot of the run.

As soon as I headed out I was hit with a wave of nausea. I fought this and a headache until the last mile. I felt great as soon as I made it to my kids school and knew that I had 1 mile to go. I started to wonder if it was all in my head and, just like when we were kids, as soon as we got out of doing whatever we did not want to do we would be cured. Nope, as soon as I opened my front door the nausea and headache returned. I am off to take a shower or puke or maybe both.

Ohh! Sorry your not feeling well this morning! I'm not sure that I'm that tough, I might have called it quits early! You are a tough one for sure. I'm not sure if I'm approved to give out commando points, but you earned some this morning for sure!!! Hope you feel better soon and have a better day!!

Uh oh! Puking is the worst! Hope you're not getting sick. There's no other reason for feeling nauseated is there?

From Jody on Thu, Jan 03, 2008 at 11:10:55

No, NO, NOOO - no other reason than sick!!

I must admit, I have to smile at the thought of another cousin for the boys...

I hope you start feeling better soon and that it's not the terrible gunk that we all had during Christmas. Good job finishing the run.

I'll talk to you tonight!
