Nice slow easy run. I let my mind check out and just really took it easy today. I cannot believe it was 49 degrees when I left - I almost wore shorts. I had a dream last night that I was doing lots of squats and plies to strengthen my knees - If only dreaming it had the same effect.

We got vandalized again yesterday - probably the same kids. So now we have two more tears in the pool cover. The police came and said there is not much we can do unless we catch them in the act, so my husband is going to put all of his TV Crime knowledge to work on catching them, I will keep you updated.

I also fell of the wagon yesterday and had a Diet Coke. It had been an absolutely terrible day at work and with the vandalizem I could not take it any more. Not quite sure if I am ready to climb back on or not.

Nice run but stinks that kids are like that! Maybe you can put up a TV Video camera to catch them? Or invest in a scary ferocious doggie, but then with your luck it'd bite the kiddo and then their parents would sue you, even though their kids were the ones trespassing. Reminds me of a story I heard about a robber that fell through someone's skylight and then sued them because he broke his back.

Best of luck coming to terms with the situation. And I think that your little slip with the Diet Coke comes in good measure. You deserve it! (Oh what I'd give for one! Yesterday was exactly 16 months for me without soda) :(

OH man! Vandalists! Darn them. I always take care when I vandalize stuff not to damage it. He he he. I don't really vandalize stuff...very often, but darn it! Some neighbors carve their bushes into the exact shape of birthday cakes and it's hard not to bring it to their attention by adding over-sized candles. Anyway, good luck getting back on that wagon! You can do it!

Hey! Sorry I stood you up Sat. I was just afraid I wouldn't get done in time for 9am egg hunt- my kids were set on it and I was playing single mommy (left Jim in St. George for the weekend) SO anyway- looks like you & Paula had a great run- awesome pace for a 9 miler! I've been terribly unmotivated and not even too concerned about my laziness which is even worse! Looks like your knee is doing better- that is great news. Pesty vandals is not good news! I was willing to write of once incidence as stupidity, but now its just plain criminal. Good luck finding those guys! Would propel or some substitute work for the diet coke addition? (this is coming from a hypocrit of course!)
