I had to go to Bozeman yesterday for a presentation and then took the early morning flight home today. I am going to give myself the day off and I see the doctor today.

Happy Running!

Update:  I went to the doctor today.  They did some xrays of my knees and the looked fine.  He said that cross training and only running every other day would be a good idea, but did not have much more to say.  I am glad that there is nothing wrong only because my knee has felt great the last 2 days.  But somewhat disapointed he  did not have more to say.

Where in the heck is Bozeman? Am I out of the loop for not knowing that one? Good day for you to take a break.

Bozeman is in Montana

I hate that when the doctors have nothing productive to say. But so glad there wasn't anything TO say! Hope your knees are kinder to you from now on..

Sounds like you need to give your massage therapist (husband) a raise! He's more helpful than your doctor. ;o) I'm glad you're doing better and able to run pain free - every other day!
