I had my last run in southern Utah today.  I went out a little later than normal and I had forgotten what it was like to run in daylight.  I had one near miss with a car ( this is my first "almost accident" that was my fault ).

As I was finishing my run back to my in-laws I had amazing views of both Pine Valley mountain and Kolob.  The snow dusting was beautiful and I was so grateful for the opportunity I have had to be with family over the past few days.  I am so grateful for loving families and the values and heritage they have passed on to me and my family.

Back to the northern Utah cold and ice, tomorrow will be interesting.

Happy Running!

Hey I am so glad you are ok. Those kind of incidents can really get your heart rate up and then make you grateful that someone was watching over you! It was so good to have you down and Im glad everything went well on Monday. I was thinking maybe we would come up sometime in december to visit but then I have been reading the blogs from the runners up north and there descriptions of theierruns SCARE me. So you might have to wait til spring to have us:)
