Complete Rest, Day 5:   Not much change from yesterday.  Overall not a lot of pain but some twinges.  Not really sure what to expect if I ran.  The big change is the weight I have gained -yikes!!  Need to do better but wallowing in food.  I will say - this is probably the best time to be injured.  My work is completely out of control this week so I have been able to put in some extra hours so that I do not drown.  2 days left to go ......

Happy Running!

Friday sounds fantastic. I've missed my partner. It is so easy to slack off without you to drag me out. So rest up and Friday you are on unless your leg is sore.Let me know.

Sounds like you're taking a week off? You are a smart, patient girl!
