Yeah 5:05 isn't as easy as when I was regularly running mile reps in the 4:50s, but I'm not killing myself to do it either.

That's it Joe... I started the HM-specific training block around 6:40am and wrapped it up about 19 minutes later. 100% success.

Phoenix has been very good to me... although all bets are off now that my parents don't live there anymore!
RnR 1/2 in '13 and the MTF 15K in '12 are probably tied for my best races in Arizona. Although the XTerra 25K at McDowell Mountain is the race that got me back into competitive running, so that one deserves some love too :-)
