What do you think this is, the Briskish Running Blog?

I want to see 6 miles at brisket pace. You have to eat a pound of brisket and then run for 60 minutes at an honest effort to determine it.

One hour at Brisket pace could be Andrea's best event... well, actually FiletMignon pace. But she would be able to take down most guys.

What do you think you could run for a brisket mile? Quarter pound of beef, then a lap on the track (x4). I think I could break 15.

1. Do I get a nap in between laps?

2. Does the nap count toward my time?

Naps count towards your time plus a 5 minute penalty.
