I'm noticing some faster stuff this week. Legs getting itchy? I do enjoy the pure, unmeasured, disregard for pace, etc. that comes with old school farleking. I remember when I first started running, I would run hard just because. I miss that a lot of days and could probably do a good bit more of it.

Hamstrings (and back) not really hurting anymore... feeling like I am getting a tiny bit of "snap" back. I still have some lingering things I need to let heal, but little by little my energy levels and ability to run normal are increasing.

Good timing, as El Nino is getting HUGE.
