Jake's back in the 9 to 5 world. Trying to balance 100 plus mile weeks with a full time job plus getting a couple hours sleep each night isn't easy.

Are there betting lines on morning mileage? If so, you need to check w/ Andrea around 8pm the night before... I consistently run 2-3 more miles than what I tell her I'm planning :-)

No less than 8 hours of sleep, Rob. That's the most important variable. Especially when 9 to 5 is actually 8 to 6. I like the dark 5am runs, though. I got too soft this summer. Back to blue collar training.
