AM - 10 miles. Skipped the tempo run - too cold. I'll admit that I started packing a bag with the intentions of doing the planned workout on the gym treadmill, then got my head straight and remembered that's not a road I want to head down.

PM - 7 miles. Liberty Park w/ Josh and Kevin MF Smith.

Air temp was single digits, windchill was below zero - my hamstrings would not have appreciated that.
