AM - 11 miles up to work.
PM - 9.3 miles, meandering around the neighborhood, somehow managing to get lost and ran a little further than I intended. Started later than normal so it was a bit cooler out and I just felt fantastic. I love runs like that where you feel unexpectedly great and its simply fun to be outside running.

I'm supposed to be the only one with lung problems. Did you clean your toilet?:) Hope it's nothing too painful. Most likely you'll be in full stride within a few days.

Its not too bad. I only notice it if I TRY to make it noticeable. No 400s this week! :-)

The same thing happened after I ran the mile in Mammoth Lakes a few months ago. I think it just happens when I am breathing REALLY hard. If it means I was running hard, then I'll take it.
