AM - 10.7 miles up to work.

PM - 11 miles home with some efforts thrown in - 3 miles in 15:13 (5:12, 5:02, 4:59; same route as last Thursday)... couple miles steady, then 1 mile in 4:51 (Home Depot mile).

I have a co-worker who is looking for a Wasatch 100 pacer - Brighton to the finish. Originally I was going to help her out, but I can't really do it since its a week before TOU. If any of you trail folks are looking to get out there, or know someone who might be interested, let me know.

I Hope work is better today. Stress at work + high mileage = injury.

Is she a nice person? those 100 milers get pretty ornery the last 20 miles. I've heard of pacers getting so fed up with their runner they just drop out :)

She is a very nice person. She's run about a dozen 100s... did the grand slam a few years back. I wish it was the week after TOU, but I just can't swing it the week before. That wouldn't pass the "is this stupid?" test. Her plan is to hit Brighton around 2-3am... the time most of you wackos are usually out running anyways! :-)

A little stress, when handled properly, can be a good thing... Stress -> Respond -> Adapt

I would love to do it just to get a feel for the course. I'll still be in San Francisco though.
