AM - 14 miles. Gully run - first loop w/ Rob, then another round w/ the team while they were doing a time trial. Several guys shaved big chunks off their best times today so it was fun being out there with them and pushing them along. PM - 5 miles w/ 2 x 1/2 mile LT efforts on the tempo loop (2:28, 2:20). I made this little PR table the other day... the red box essentially outlines my goals for the fall. After TOU 1/2, attack the right column!
