AM - 16 miles.

Probably won't run much, if at all, the rest of the week. Time for some big red tram laps and GTNP!

Well at least you got it 76 miles before Friday. That might give me time to get back ahead of you for the year. Until next Monday's 20-mile day.

Derunzo - Thanks for sharing that. That's quite a feat they pulled off. I need to teach them about the "go hard all day... then go home take a shower and get some sleep in a bed" adventure philosophy :-)

Jason - You aren't turning into one of those "Sunday is the start of the week" guys, right?!?!

Whoops. Definitely not. I'm torn though because I count my mileage as the blog does but Strava has split my consciousness.

The saving grace of FRB is that when you click on the "graph view" link, it calculates your weekly numbers accurately.
