AM - 8.8 miles. Started from work and ran up Emigration to Ruth's, then back. On the return trip I decided to run the "zoo mile" faster. Hit it in 4:18, which is 10+ seconds faster than I've ever done it. I think I'm going to have to try and run this stretch all-out at some point this summer and see if I can dip under 4 minutes...
