AM - 15 miles. First 10 miles on the grass at SHP, then to the track - 16 x 200m in 35.3 seconds (5K rhythm, the goal was to not break 35 on any of them. I was successful on 81% of the reps). Finished up with one more mile easy on the track. PM - 5 miles easy w/ Andrea (on her rollerblades). |
