Redington Beach, FL: Trying to catch up on my entries and this is about as far back as I can remember.  Went to FL with the family for spring break.  It was a nice morning and just got out for a few miles.

Redington Beach, FL:  Great  morning today.  I ran along the beach today.  The sand was packed very tightly and was a great place to run.  Felt good but ran with a friend at a very easy pace.
