What a difference a day makes. Both in the weather and how I felt. The temp dropped into the mid 40's and it was very windy. I felt good starting out and ran a decent pace to stay warm. It started to rain just before 8 miles and I hate running in cold ran. I picked up the pace to try to get back before the heavy stuff started. Ran the 9th mile in 7:30 and the 10th in 7:07 so I will call them MP pace. Felt strong all the way. I guess yesterday's easy run did some magic. 1:18:18 (7:50 avg) |
